NOTE- This week’s post should be good- I covered some important stuff.
So- I hate to ruin it by dealing with this- again.
Last night I watched the outrage of the mothers of Black kids who were killed- sodomized [huh? - Yeah- Abna Loiuma’s mom- her son was killed and cops stuck a stick in his rectum- famous case].
When I went thru most of my stuff- [watch the 2 videos posted recently- the ones titled ‘the videos I said I would never do’].
I realized that a cop- who I had finally met- was more than likely responsible for the many stories told me by the street guys- for many years.
I did report names- addresses- the cop.
But- because I too was threatened by the cop- followed- tracked my phone [even after I was finished with my stuff- he tracked it illegally one day- was on the other side of town- sure enough- he was waiting for me when I got out of some paint store].
People thought I was paranoid- but- they did not realize I had heard about this cop for 20 years.
Albert Hoffman has been arrested by the cop- Albert told me the cop said ‘I’ll make a charge up if I have to’.
Hugh Gaines Martin told me the same thing.
Jesse Hanley [918 West Lakeside] told me this cop planted Zanax on him- he did 2 years in prison.
He told me when he got out he said ‘do you remember me’- the cop said ‘no’.
Jesse said he told him ‘you planted Zanax on me- I did 2 years’.
Jesse says the cop said ‘O-sorry about that’.
Now- Jesse- you are not reporting this- I AM.
So- if Tommy Nichols wants to retaliate- I’m the target.
I just got tired of hearing the same story- over and over- for 20 years.
Then saw the cop do it with me [not ‘planting’ evidence- but threats- followed up].
So- to Chief Simpson- and the CCPD- here- once again- you got the names.
I shared some of this with a nice family yesterday- they said ‘you should be careful- he might get you’.
Angel told me one day that Tommy threatened some guy- said ‘I’ll find you and take my uniform off and kick your ass’.
You know- this cop has threatened me- others- got away with this for 20 years.
I’ve been waiting for him to ‘come get me’- I mean he has said words to the effect of ‘I will destroy you’.
Frankly- I’m tired of dealing with the guy.
Now- knowing he has done this stuff for many years- of course I’m paranoid when a cop pulls me over- just like the Black families of the victims who were Murdered by these same guys.
So- today I gave the names- these guys feel they have no recourse.
So- I’ll do it for them.
Sour Grapes?
NO- I realized the stuff I heard for years was true.
One last note- then the teaching for the week.
The last few years- reading thru the Gospels and Acts- I noticed something that I never really saw before.
Both Jesus- and especially Paul- spoke things in ‘the audience’ of the people- and this put a restraint on abuse.
And Jesus did this- on purpose.
Why?
If you speak the truth- that’s a good thing- and if people are hiding stuff- then there’s a heathy fear if they know it’s being brought to light- it actually will restrain the abuse.
But many who are victims of abuse- are intimidated to not speak.
Even in the case of the murder of Eric Garner- the person who took the now famous video- the cops went back and found an old case- and arrested him.
Now- you might say ‘well- he shouldn’t have had an old case’- but in reality that’s retaliation- and many of these same cops- if were looked into- have the same ‘old cases’ if not worse.
So today I did a bit more on the subject- always try and watch the videos along with the posts- they go hand in hand.
I loaded this week’s post with the many prophecies that Christ fulfilled at his appearing.
Last week I mentioned how he proved himself to be the Christ by signs and wonders- he also showed himself to be the one by fulfilling prophecies that he in no way could have manipulated [like the place of his birth].
We find the most quotes of these Old Testament prophecies in Matthews’s gospel- but they are in the other 3 as well.
Down the road- as we get into the book of Acts and the Epistles [letters that make up the bulk of the New Testament] we will see how the early apostles- especially Paul- were ‘bursting’ at the seems- trying to tell their fellow Jews ‘LOOK- HE IS THE ONE- THE ONE OUR OWN PROPHETS SPOKE ABOUT!’
It was almost as if there was a spiritual blindness [there was] over them- Paul himself uses the example of Moses- when he came out from talking with God- the bible says he ‘had a veil on his face’.
God’s glory [light] was so strong on Moses- that he put a veil on.
Paul says this same vail [see again- how he takes all these O.T. types- and sees Christ?] is on the hearts/minds of his fellow Jews- till this day.
Meaning they just could not see that Jesus was the fulfillment of these prophecies.
We as Christians have God’s Word written in our hearts- this was indeed a major change form the way the Old Testament people approached God.
In The O.T. the law was an outward thing- something the people saw- read- yet it was not ‘in them’.
The Prophets spoke of a day when the law would no longer be an outward thing- but written on the hearts of God’s people by the Spirit.
I hold to the classical view of biblical inspiration- yet at times I think the church has fallen into a sort of Bibliolatry- meaning- we can worship the bible- and yet miss the greater reality of the Word written in our hearts.
I will get to this in time- but for now- read these passages- see that Jesus- as the Word of God- did indeed fulfill what the prophets wrote- about him. [I just realized- I wrote this section- twice! My computer has been shutting down in the middle of typing- and the ‘saved original’ does not always have what was lost- so- you might read stuff twice on this post].
Jesus himself would say the same thing when he debated with the religious leaders- he said they were so caught up in ‘their bibles’ that they were not seeing the actual person that Moses and the prophets spoke of- which was him! [ Ye sent unto John, and he bare witness unto the truth. 34But I receive not testimony from man: but these things I say , that ye might be saved . 35 He was a burning and a shining light: and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light. 36 But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish , the same works that I do , bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me. 37 And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at anytime, nor seen his shape. 38 And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent him ye believe not. 39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. 40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. 41 I receive not honour from men. 42 But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you. 43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive .44 How can ye believe , which receive honor one of another , and seek not the honor that cometh from God only? 45 Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust . 46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. 47 But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?]
29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. 30 And he said , Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent . 31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded , though one rose from the dead.
NOTE- at the bottom I posted a few passages about the vail- and how today- the vail is removed- and we- the people of God- are the ‘new bible’- huh?
This takes time- lots of time- to teach.
In the Old Testament mindset- they were ‘lost’ in their detailed ‘worship’ of their scriptures [Old Testament] to the point that when the fulfillment of their bibles came [Jesus] they missed him!
Read the chapter I posted at the end- from Corinthians- in context Paul is saying ‘you guys are the NEW LETTER- no longer a dead law- book of rules- but a living community of people in whom Gods words is written- on your hearts!’
In time we will talk about the development of the Christian understanding of scripture- just to make plain- I do believe in the Inspiration of scripture- and hold to the classical Christian view [both Catholic/Protestant] yet- the great break thru of the New Covenant as Gods Word- now written [by the Spirit] inside his people.- was a drastic change from the old way of approaching God.
So- Christians at times have developed a legalistic view of the bible- and in some ways- have made the same mistakes of the religious leaders of Jesus day.
We at times ‘miss’ [don’t see him] because we neglect the Word in our hearts- and seek him thru a legalistic approach- ok- enough of that for now- we will get to this in time.
19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh: 20 That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God. 24 For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. 25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean : from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. 26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. 28 And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God. 29 I will also save you from all your uncleanness’s: and I will call for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you. Ezekiel
NOTE- Look at the prophecies Christ fulfilled below.
Matthew 1:18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
Matthew 1:19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not
willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily.
Matthew 1:20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the
angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of
David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in
her is of the Holy Ghost.
Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call
his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
Matthew 1:22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled
which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring
forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is,
God with us.
Isaiah
7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall
conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
Matthew 2:11 And when they were come into the house, they saw the
young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when
they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and
frankincense and myrrh.
Matthew 2:12 And being warned of God in a dream that they should
not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.
Matthew 2:13 And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the
Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child
and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word:
for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.
Matthew 2:14 When he arose, he took the young child and his mother
by night, and departed into Egypt:
Matthew 2:15 And was there until the death of Herod: that it might
be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt
have I called my son.
Hosea
11:1 When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt.
Matthew
2:23 And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be
fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He shall be called a Nazarene.[Note-
these exact words are actually not found in the Old Testament- but- the New
Testament does quote from books/translations of the Old Testament [Greek-
Septuagint] that are not in the Old Testament- so- I put this Isaiah quote
below because some scholars think it might refer to the above- either way-
‘prophets’ whether ones we read in the Old Testament- or not- said he would be
called a Nazarene- and he was- I will teach more on these types of things in the
future- the Canon of scripture- and how even some Catholic books that the
Protestants reject [Apocrypha] do indeed have actual prophecies about Christ-
that came to pass!]
Isaiah 11:1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of
Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
Isaiah 11:2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the
spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit
of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
Isaiah 11:3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear
of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither
reprove after the hearing of his ears:
Isaiah 11:4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and
reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth:
with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the
wicked.
Isaiah 11:5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins,
and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.
Matthew 4:13 And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum,
which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim:
Matthew 4:14 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias
the prophet, saying,
Matthew 4:15 The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by
the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;
Matthew 4:16 The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and
to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.
Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent:
for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Isaiah 9:1 Nevertheless the dimness shall not be such as was in
her vexation, when at the first he lightly afflicted the land of Zebulun and
the land of Naphtali, and afterward did more grievously afflict her by the way
of the sea, beyond Jordan, in Galilee of the nations.
Isaiah 9:2 The people that walked in darkness have seen a great
light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the
light shined.
Matthew 8:16 When the even was come, they brought unto him many
that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and
healed all that were sick:
Matthew 8:17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias
the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.
Isaiah 53:3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows,
and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was
despised, and we esteemed him not.
Isaiah 53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our
sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was
bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and
with his stripes we are healed.
Matthew 12:10 And, behold, there was a man which had his hand
withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days?
that they might accuse him.
Matthew 12:11 And he said unto them, What man shall there be among
you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day,
will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out?
Matthew 12:12 How much then is a man better than a sheep?
Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.
Matthew 12:13 Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand.
And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other.
Matthew 12:14 Then the Pharisees went out, and held a council
against him, how they might destroy him.
Matthew 12:15 But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from
thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all;
Matthew 12:16 And charged them that they should not make him
known:
Matthew 12:17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by
Esaias the prophet, saying,
Matthew 12:18 Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved,
in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall
shew judgment to the Gentiles.
Matthew 12:19 He shall not strive, nor cry; neither shall any man
hear his voice in the streets.
Matthew 12:20 A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax
shall he not quench, till he send forth judgment unto victory.
Matthew 12:21 And in his name shall the Gentiles trust.
Isaiah 42:1 Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom
my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth
judgment to the Gentiles.
Isaiah 42:2 He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to
be heard in the street.
Isaiah 42:3 A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking
flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth.
Isaiah 42:4 He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set
judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law.
Matthew 13:34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in
parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:
Matthew 13:35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the
prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which
have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.
Isaiah 6:6 Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live
coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar:
Isaiah 6:7 And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath
touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.
Isaiah 6:8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall
I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
Isaiah 6:9 And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed,
but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.
Isaiah 6:10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears
heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their
ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.
28 And he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments. 29 And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him. 30 And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone ; and they were afraid to come nigh him. 31 And Moses called unto them; and Aaron and all the rulers of the congregation returned unto him: and Moses talked with them. 32 And afterward all the children of Israel came nigh : and he gave them in commandment all that the LORD had spoken with him in mount Sinai. 33 And till Moses had done speaking with them, he put a vail on his face. 34 But when Moses went in before the LORD to speak with him, he took the vail off , until he came out . And he came out , and spake unto the children of Israel that which he was commanded . 35 And the children of Israel saw the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses' face shone : and Moses put the vail upon his face again , until he went in to speak with him.
1 Do we begin again to commend ourselves? or need we , as some others, epistles ofcommendation to you, or letters of commendation from you? 2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men: 3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle ofChrist ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart. 4 And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: 5Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is ofGod; 6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth , but the spirit giveth life . 7 But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious , so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold theface of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away : 8 How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious? 9 For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory. 10 For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth . 11 For if that
which is done away was glorious , much more that which remaineth is glorious . 12 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech: 13 And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished : 14 But their minds were blinded : for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. 15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read , the vail is upon their heart. 16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to theLord, the vail shall be taken away .
John 16:1 These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not
be offended.
John 16:2 … yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will
think that he doeth God service.
John 16:4 But these things have I told you, that when the time
shall come, ye may remember that I told you of them. And these things I said
not unto you at the beginning, because I was with you.
John 16:5 But now I go my way to him that sent me; and none of you
asketh me, Whither goest thou?
John
16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away:
John
16:8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of
righteousness, and of judgment:
John 16:10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see
me no more;
John 16:11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is
judged.
John 16:12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot
grasp them now.
John
16:32 Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered,
every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because
the Father is with me.
John
16:25 These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh,
when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly
of the Father.
JUST WAS CHECKING THE NEWS- AND READ
THIS- THOUGHT IT MIGHT ‘INFORM’ SOME OF US.
The
arrest this week of two ex-cop private investigators — charged with felonies related to their
alleged attempt to frame a Costa Mesa city councilman for a false DUI — is
about more than the disturbing tactics of two hired guns. It offers insight
into the way some police unions across California intimidate political
opponents into silence.
This ugly story starts
in 2012. Councilmen
Jim Righeimer, Stephen Mensinger and Gary Monahan were loathed by the city’s police union
because of their efforts to reduce pension liabilities and outsource
services. Costa
Mesa had become Ground Zero in
our state’s battle over reform, drawing protests reminiscent of the fracas
between Wisconsin
Gov. Scott Walker and unions at the capitol in Madison.
A political dispute is
one thing, but on August 22 of that year it turned into something the Orange
County District Attorney says is a serious criminal matter.
Righeimer left a
council meeting and met with Monahan at the latter’s restaurant and bar, drank
a couple diet sodas and left. Righeimer got home and went inside his house — but
soon had police knocking on his door, asking him to step outside for a DUI
test. He was detained for a while, but wasn’t drunk.
The police action was
prompted by private investigators Chris
Lanzilloand Scott
Impola, who were working for
a law firm that represented more than 120 police unions across California. This
included the Costa Mesa Police Officers Association, which retained it to do
“candidate research.”
The two men tracked
Righeimer to the bar and then Lanzillo is accused of calling 911 and reporting
that a man stumbled out of the bar and was possibly drunk — and gave a
description of Righeimer’s car. It seemed like a set up designed to destroy his
political career. The episode so outraged Righeimer and Mensinger that they
filed a civil lawsuit against the
union, law firm (Lackie, Dammeier, McGill & Ethir of Upland) and Lanzillo.
Union defenders don’t
seem too chastened by these banana-republic actions, which include an
allegation that Lanzillo and Impola illegally placed a GPS device on
Mensinger’s car so they could track his movements. For instance, at a recent
council meeting, police backers chided Righeimer for suing the union. (The
councilmen say their goal isn’t money but to force union officials to testify
about what happened.)
The criminal
prosecutions — felony
counts for illegal use of a tracking device, false imprisonment by deceit,
conspiracy to commit a crime and falsely reporting a crime — reinforce what the council members
have been saying. But, again, this is not just about two PIs with checkered
pasts. It’s about the dirtiest form of politics.
Prosecutors say
Lanzillo and Impola were in contact with the law firm’s managing partner the
night of the incident. That firm closed following the scandal and allegations
of billing misconduct, but had long bragged
about its
“playbook” of bare-knuckled tactics on behalf of police.
After this story broke
in 2012, many unions dumped the firm (including Costa Mesa’s), but they long
relished its approach. A
2009 U-T article details how the Escondido Police Officers Association appeared to be taking “some of its cues
from the hardball battle plan devised” by these lawyers. The firm may be gone,
but two
of its key plays — storming city
council meetings and accusing reform-minded council members of being enemies of
“public safety” — were on display at the recent Costa Mesa council meeting.
This raises an
important question: How widespread is this kind of behavior? At a Costa Mesa
press conference last year, elected officials from other cities made
allegations of police using disturbing tactics to achieve their political goals.
“What kind of world do
we live in when the people we give guns and badges to hire private
investigators to surveil public officials?” asked Righeimer. Calling it
“unseemly,” OC prosecutor Robert Mestman said this case is significant because
the victims “are democratically elected city council members.” Mensinger said
it seemed Orwellian: “Public officials should not be extorted over public
benefits.”
Seems simple enough,
but none of it will change without widespread public outrage.

California columnist for U-T San Diego.
I WASN’T LOOKING FOR CASES- JUST
CHECKED THE NEWS- AND SAW THIS.
iT REMINDED ME OF oTHERS i READ THE
PAST FEW YEARS.
wHEN i WAS IN n.j. i READ A CASE Where
some politician was also targeted by the cops in the same way.
She was voting against some benefit or
something- and they kept pulling her over illegaly.
another where they pulled a political
enemy over- and did in fact arrest him- and charged him with a DUi- he was not
drunk.
It went to court- and they indeed found
out the cop lied.
Over the years when I read these- and
saw local cases of friends- who according to them- were indeed arrested-
FALSELY [because a cop- in a baggie- ‘pulled’ out a Zanax.
this friend swares he did not have- or
use Zanax- JUST THE MOST RECENT i HAVE HEARD- OVER MANY- MANY EARS]
Now- these guys with past records- the
cops feel they can do this- because when the case goes to court- they know the
judge would never believe them.
Why do I believe this- as well as other
accounts?
because the cop and the guy are now
friends- and according to my friend- he told him a few years later ‘do you
remember me?’
the cop said no.
He said he told him ‘you planted that
zanax on me 2 years ago- i went to prison’.
he swares the cop [who he now knows-
and works for] told him ‘Oh- sorry about that’.
I learned that the guys get comfortable
with it- and the cop [or cops] when they have a ‘working relationship’ with the
guys- they do indeed do this stuff.
I wrote about many of these cases- gave
names- addresses- etc.
The system realizes that it works for
them- in this case [above] they use the system- report false crimes- and target
political enemies.
In the ones I read over the years- it
gave me insight into the minds of these guys.
When John Kagal told me he was asked by
a cop ‘what are you doing’.
he was on a bus bench.
John told me he said ‘just enjoying God’s
great day’.
the cop [according to John] slammed the
car in park- called him a smart ass- and arrested him.
Now- why do I believe this [there are
many others].
John was giving me this account- as a
friend.
he was one of the first residents at
our halfway house- he was talking as a friend.
This account happened years earlier.
he was not ‘reporting’ something to me.
He just brought it up.
John was an addict and had a record- so
the cop just lies on the arrest report- and he just slips thru the system.
This might give some insight to the
average Joe- who thinks these things never go on.
