These are just a few verses I mention in todays video- enjoy.John 1:5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
John 1:6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
John 1:10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
John 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
John 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
John 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
John 2:5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
John 2:6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
John 3:5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
John 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
John 3:7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
John 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
John 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
John 3:18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
John 3:19 And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.
John 3:20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.
John 3:21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
John 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
John 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
John 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
John 5:17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.
John 5:18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
1Peter 3:12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
James 5:16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
James 5:17 Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
James 5:18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.
James 5:19 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him;
James 5:20 Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

1- Will states revolt against Supreme Court?
- This past week we saw 2 rulings from the court- in the ‘Obama- care’ ruling- regardless of your view on healthcare- the court rejected the actual language of the law [for the 2nd time] and instead interpreted the ‘intent of congress’ in its ruling.
- Many say the court does not have the power to ‘interpret’ the intent of a law. They see this as judicial activism.
- In the gay marriage ruling- many [even chief justice John Roberts] said the court ‘found’ a right to marriage- that is not in the constitution.
- Whatever your view on gay marriage- many states have actually passed laws banning it- and to these states- they see the court as making its own law [or finding a constitutional right- that is not there].
- It’s possible that some of these states will finally challenge the court- rejecting the view that the Supreme Court actually has the power to override states authority.
2- Economic crisis will not go away.
- The present Greek crisis is a microcosm of bigger things to come- central banks have kept interest rates too low- for too long.
- The ‘growth’ in the stock market has not represented true growth in the economy.
- It was simply a result of central banks ‘creating’ money.
- This is not real economic growth- the system has to ‘flush’ itself out- and we have been experimenting with the low [or zero] interest rate policy- thinking maybe it will work.
- It will not- and because this policy has put off the inevitable- when it finally hits- it will be much worse the if they let it happen sooner.
3- China shakes
- This weekend the Chinese markets were rocked- and financial advisors are trying to say it’s an isolated incident-
- They are wrong- in the beginning of the year many advisers put their hopes on the Asian economies.
- Yet the signs showed that China was in a bubble- all the data pointed to this.
- Yet- many simply tried to paint a picture that we are in a recovery- and we are not.
- True unemployment for the U.S. is closer to 30 percent- yet we have ways to make it look like it’s around 5 percent.
- You can fudge these numbers for so long- but eventually it will catch up.
4- ISIS is not going away-
These past few days we saw Isis attacks in 3 different countries-
It is only a matter of time before we see something happen again in the U.S.
Now- as Christians we are not to fear- but we are also supposed to be able to see the ‘signs of the times’.
Many do not want to see the writing on the wall- because their hopes are in ‘this world’.
I have not said these things based on any ‘bible prophecy’ type view- but to be honest- there are many ‘prophecy’ type people who are saying these things as well.
I’m simply giving you the real time view of where we are at.
I have said from the start of the year that I think we are going to be rocked this year-
If I am wrong- great.
But I can’t see how all of these things happening at once cannot have a very bad outcome.
The U.S. has been trying to put the best face as possible on these things- and in some cases has manipulated numbers to give a false view of security.
It is obvious- many have said this for a long time now.
These past few days were simply the inevitable showing up- things that some have said were indeed going to happen.
Let’s see what the next few weeks/days will show us.
But even in the best case scenario- we are in a global downturn- and we should be aware of it.

This is a tuff passage- but I mentioned it on the video- and wanted you to see it for yourself.
The video is NOT ANTI GAY!
But you’ll see why I mentioned it if you watch.
Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Romans 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
Romans 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Romans 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Romans 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Romans 1:23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
Romans 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Romans 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
Romans 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Romans 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
Romans 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
Romans 1:29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
Romans 1:30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Romans 1:31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
Romans 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
I also hit on these themes on the video.
Genesis 12:1 Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
Genesis 12:2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
Genesis 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
Genesis 12:4 So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran.
Genesis 12:5 And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother's son, and all their substance that they had gathered, and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into the land of Canaan; and into the land of Canaan they came.
13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and on the earth. Hebrews
1 Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and , abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;- Peter

[my comment on Jesus Creed Blog].
I think the argument can be made that Paul’s use of Adam ‘AS BY ONE MAN SIN ENTERED INTO THE WORLD..’
Shows us the importance of his view of an historical Adam [One Man] not only in a ‘reductionist’ view of soteriology- but in the whole broad scope of the Kingdom message-
Jesus- as One Man- is the firstfruits [not a symbol of the whole harvest- but the first ONE of the greater harvest to come].
So- I see the Historical Adam as a big part of the whole kingdom vision that we see in scripture.
I also agree with the point that we can miss the bigger picture when we reduce the Adam question to a simple one of Creationism- the age of the earth- etc.
THIS GOES WITH CARPE DIEM VIDEO
Luke 12:13 And one of the company said unto him, Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me.
Luke 12:14 And he said unto him, Man, who made me a judge or a divider over you?
Luke 12:15 And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
Luke 12:16 And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully:
Luke 12:17 And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits?
Luke 12:18 And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods.
Luke 12:19 And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry.
Luke 12:20 But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?
Luke 12:21 So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

Look at the verse below.
What did he mean? Did Jesus teach a ‘gospel’ that focused on being comfortable in this life?
When he told us he came that ‘we might have an abundant life’- did he mean we would be the wealthiest- the most ‘successful’ people- in the way the world views success?
When Peter rebuked Jesus because he told them he was going to be crucified- was Jesus making a ‘bad confession’ [meaning- did his words shape his future- and because he said he would be killed- is that why it happened?- or is the will of God for us something that actually entails suffering- death- and carrying our cross?]
Today I hope to have a full day- and I will probably have at least one video for you later.
But mediate on this short passage-
If Jesus were to appear to you- like he did to the disciples- and tell you ‘today- drop all you have going on- your dreams- the things you see as the most important- the things you associate with an ‘abundant life’- and come- take up the cross- follow me’- would you be willing to follow?
Luke 14:25 And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them,
Luke 14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
Luke 14:27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.

Just to clarify- I took Pops to the VA- and I talked to them n told them I’ll be in N.J. from 7-21 to 7-26.
I had my lab work scheduled for 7-17- then another apt. - where you get your doctor- on 7-24.
I found out if I can’t make the apt. on the 24th-
Then you have to reschedule the whole thing-
Which I was ok with-
But- say if I was wanting to get checked- and couldn’t wait to find stuff out?
Then I see how frustrating it would be.
Yet- it was still frustrating!
Because I couldn’t even re-schedule- they were swamped.
So- I called from the phone- and finally just canceled both appt’s- and told them I’ll do it when I get back.
Which will probably be sometime in September.
Pops told me he and a few of his other AA buddies are also diagnosed with cancer-
And I see the fear n frustration with the whole thing.
Pop’s has yet to start his treatment- and I think he got diagnosed about 3 weeks ago.
So- I wanted to clarify- at first I thought I would make the July 17th apt- then reschedule the one on the 24th.
But I had to re-do both.
I really don’t mind- but if I decided I wanted to get checked for everything- then yes- I would be frustrated.
DO BLACK PEOPLE HAVE A HIGHER SEX DRIVE THAN WHITES?
DOES THIS MAKE THEM RAPE OUR WHITE WOMEN?
DID GOD USE EVOLUTION TO MAKE US?
WAS THE CHRISTIAN SOLDIER WRONG WHEN HE LEFT THE MILITARY- BECAME A PASTOR- AND CHANGED HIS MIND ABOUT KILLING MUSLIMS?
OK- Remember- I told you guys I want to hit on topics that people have questions about.
Sometimes they are afraid to talk about.
I’m at the coffee shop- and in a little while might do a video on some tuff stuff.
You’ll have to watch- but read this chapter- look at some of the stuff I have discussed recently.
Where does natural law/conscience come from?
Here we read God made man in his image- man is different from the other things God made.
‘In his image’ does not mean God has a body [like some teach].
But we are moral beings- we have a conscience- we have self-awareness.
Man is unique in this.
Some Philosophers think it is because of this very thing- that we have human beings living under great duress.
Man is the only created ‘thing’ that has the capacity to see his own demise- and to realize it is coming.
He lives with the understanding that he will indeed die.
Animals do not have this self-awareness.
They will- by instinct- flee when a predator approaches- but they do not live with the daily self-awareness of their demise.
Animals do not have a moral conscience- they do not experience guilt.
They of course do show emotion- love- and in a way- guilt.
Like if they do ‘stuff’ on the floor- they will hide when you get home.
But it is the instinct working here- they know it is ‘wrong’ because they were trained to know it [they got punished by dad when they did it before- see?].
I plan on talking about other stuff on the video- but use this as a baseline.
Also look at verse 20- do you see anything interesting there?
I hope to talk about Evolution- and give you some thoughts- on both sides of the issue.
Did you know that Darwin taught that life came from dead matter?
It was an accepted ‘scientific’ idea- that played a role in Evolution.
Yet today- science realizes this is not true-
There are many tings that science has ‘taught’ over the years- that later on were rejected.
Evolutionists also taught- openly- that Blacks were lower on the scale- they were inherently ‘dumb’ and incapable of the same things as Whites.
This was simply a logical conclusion to the view that men were in a stage of evolving.
And they viewed the various Black tribal people- who were living in areas of the world where there was no opportunity for education.
They observed these Black people- and simply saw them as more ‘animalistic’ then the White race.
In the famous Scopes trial that took place in the U.S.
The movie that was later made- showed the ‘non- evolutionists’ as bigoted and ignorant.
Yet the book Scopes used- to teach Evolution in the school- actually had the ‘stages’ of men-
And the Black people were at the bottom of the scale-
They were taught that Blacks were a more ‘animalistic’ breed of humans-
With a higher ‘sex drive’ and so on.
In reality- as the theory of Evolution ‘evolved’- it ‘bred’ into the human mind- an inherent racism.
Some of these beliefs were later taught in the White hate groups-
The kid who shot the Christians this week in Charleston- believed in these racist ideas.
So- like I said- I want to hit on tough issues-
And also give you the scientific pros and cons to Evolution.
Yes- there are many scientific objections to biological evolution-
Some of these objections come from ATHIESTIC scientists- yet- if they bring them up-
They are shouted down as fools.
I will also talk about Christians- who believe that God used Evolution to make man.
Are there any arguments for this view?
Yes- I hope to talk about them too.
Ok- see you later.

Might do/post a short video later-
I read this last night- It’s a ‘famous’ story that many Christians speak about ‘Going to the Potters House’.
Some ministries/churches have this name.
If I do a video [and remember] I want to hit on the theme of ‘making a second Pot’ [see Jeremiah chapter below].
When we did Hebrews- Romans- etc. - we read a theme ‘God takes away the first [law- Old Covenant] that he might establish the 2nd’.
I see in the Potter parable that God did indeed make the ‘first Pot’ [the Law covenant was his idea- yet he FOUND FAULT WITH THE PEOPLE].
That is- the ‘1st pot’ was marred.
Then- he ‘makes it all over again’.
We see this theme in the prophets of the Old Testament- that a day is coming when God will do a new work- not according to the Old One-
And he will indeed ‘remake’ his people-
But this time ‘without spot’.
Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
Ephesians 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
Ephesians 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
Ephesians 5:28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
Jeremiah 18:2 Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.
Jeremiah 18:3 Then I went down to the potter's house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.
Jeremiah 18:4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it
[notice- God was making the pot [people]- yet- it was marred. How could God make a flawed thing?
That’s my point- the law covenant was INTENDED to show the sin [marks] in us- it was indeed his work. So later- when he would ‘remake’ it/us/the Jews- we would then be a new vessel- without spot].
Jeremiah 18:5 Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
Jeremiah 18:6 O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.
Jeremiah 18:7 At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it;
Jeremiah 18:8 If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.
Jeremiah 18:9 And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it;
Jeremiah 18:10 If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.
Jeremiah 18:11 Now therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against you: return ye now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.
Jeremiah 18:12 And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.
Jeremiah 18:13 Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ask ye now among the heathen, who hath heard such things: the virgin of Israel hath done a very horrible thing.
Jeremiah 18:14 Will a man leave the snow of Lebanon which cometh from the rock of the field? or shall the cold flowing waters that come from another place be forsaken?
Jeremiah 18:15 Because my people hath forgotten me, they have burned incense to vanity, and they have caused them to stumble in their ways from the ancient paths, to walk in paths, in a way not cast up;
Jeremiah 18:16 To make their land desolate, and a perpetual hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished, and wag his head.
Jeremiah 18:17 I will scatter them as with an east wind before the enemy; I will shew them the back, and not the face, in the day of their calamity.
Jeremiah 18:18 Then said they, Come and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words.
Jeremiah 18:19 Give heed to me, O LORD, and hearken to the voice of them that contend with me.
Jeremiah 18:20 Shall evil be recompensed for good? for they have digged a pit for my soul. Remember that I stood before thee to speak good for them, and to turn away thy wrath from them.
Jeremiah 18:21 Therefore deliver up their children to the famine, and pour out their blood by the force of the sword; and let their wives be bereaved of their children, and be widows; and let their men be put to death; let their young men be slain by the sword in battle.
Jeremiah 18:22 Let a cry be heard from their houses, when thou shalt bring a troop suddenly upon them: for they have digged a pit to take me, and hid snares for my feet.
Jeremiah 18:23 Yet, LORD, thou knowest all their counsel against me to slay me: forgive not their iniquity, neither blot out their sin from thy sight, but let them be overthrown before thee; deal thus with them in the time of thine anger.

This post goes with the video ‘BB GUNS- FIRETRUCKS- DONUTS N WHORES’
Just made another quick video this morning- below are a few of the verses I mentioned.
WARNING! This video contains graphic language. [Maybe?]
Jeremiah 17:5 Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
Jeremiah 17:6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.
Jeremiah 17:7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.

This goes with the video ‘you look suspicious to me’-
NOTE- I did see the tragedy at the historic church in Charleston- Please pray for the families of the victims. Thanks.
These past few weeks, instead of doing lengthy studies [which I still plan on doing] I have been videoing/blogging like most people ‘do’ social media.
Even though these posts are not ‘deep’- yet- even the off the cuff posts have value.
Recently some famous bloggers have left social media- others have deleted Facebook accounts- and so on.
Most on-line stuff- articles- short books- etc.- are in a format where the majority of people are ‘hooked’ on very short- exciting- stuff.
And the average attention span doesn’t normally allow for real learning.
Now- I don’t plan on leaving blogging- but I do see how social media does take away from ‘old time’ learning.
I’m presently reading thru some new books- all the way [a discipline we should all practice].
I regularly read thru the bible- all the way- something every Christian should do.
I talk a lot- about regular prayer- I even made a short video of my prayer time the other day.
These are basic principles- habits- that train our minds- our bodies- to do right things.
The other day I posted the bible chapter about work- how if a ‘man does not work- he should not eat’.
Work is a God ordained discipline- that occupies the mind/body- and does not leave idle time for people to get hooked into all types of bondage.
Man was created to do physical things- thru out the day- and if you violate this rule- your mind/body will indeed find something else to do during that time.
And many are absolutely hooked on seemingly unbreakable bondages- during these hours [drugs- sex- etc.] because they violate the God ordained rule on work.
Earlier today I read a chapter in Proverbs- Solomon gave advice on this very thing [I’ll try and post it below].
So- I hope this new style of daily posting helps- and I will do the longer ones down the road.
But take to heart what these ‘ex’ bloggers- social media folk are saying-They know what they are talking about.
Proverbs 6:4 Give not sleep to thine eyes, nor slumber to thine eyelids.
Proverbs 6:5 Deliver thyself as a roe from the hand of the hunter, and as a bird from the hand of the fowler.
Proverbs 6:6 Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise:
Proverbs 6:7 Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler,
Proverbs 6:8 Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest.
Proverbs 6:9 How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep?
Proverbs 6:10 Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep:
Proverbs 6:11 So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man.
Luke 15:11 And he said, A certain man had two sons:
Luke 15:12 And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living.
Luke 15:13 And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living.
Luke 15:14 And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want.
Luke 15:15 And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.
Luke 15:16 And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.
Luke 15:17 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!
Luke 15:18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,
Luke 15:19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.
Luke 15:20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.
Luke 15:21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.
Luke 15:22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:
Luke 15:23 And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry:
Luke 15:24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.
Luke 15:25 Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard musick and dancing.
Luke 15:26 And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant.
Luke 15:27 And he said unto him, Thy brother is come; and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe and sound.
Luke 15:28 And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him.
Luke 15:29 And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:
Luke 15:30 But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf.
Luke 15:31 And he said unto him, Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine.
Luke 15:32 It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.

John 14:11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.
John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

John 14:18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
John 14:19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
John 14:20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
John 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
John 14:24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.
John 14:25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
John 14:28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
John 14:29 And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.
John 14:30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
John 14:31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
